Judging Criteria
(a) Originality (30%);

Submission Requirements
Each entry is comprise of :
(i) either a functional prototype of the mobile or web map application, OR an interactive web map with analyses;
AND
(ii) a 2- 3 minutes video clip to communicate the ideas behind the entry (to be in avi, wmv, flv, mov or mp4 format);
AND
(iii) the Declaration Form duly signed by each member of the Participating Team.
